I’m a Chicago-based researcher, clinician, and educator. I am The Clinical Director at Breakthrough Psychotherapy LLC, founded by Dr. Andrea Goddard, Licensed Clinical Psychologist.

Additionally, I write monthly journal articles focusing on relevant mental health topics ensuring my therapeutic methodologies reflect up-to-date research and proven effective evidence-based practice.

Also, I am a Mom of four children (two girls and two boys): 7, 5, 4 and 2 years old. On the side, I find passion in sharing my creativity with others.
